Dear Mr. Smith:

planned exclusively for legal professionals interested in the development of Chinese
contract law. “The New Contract Law of P.R.C. and Its Ramification for Foreign
Investments in China” will be held on June 15th, 2004 at Beijing Grand Sheraton
Hotel until June 16th, 2004, lasting for two consecutive days.
At this event you will learn from authorities from the People’s Congress, the Ministry
of Justice, and prominent Chinese law schools, who will share their views and
strategies regarding the New Chinese Contract Law.
